Do we provide refunds ?

The short answer is "YES WE DO". Provided that our retuns policy has be met then we will refund you the price of the goods. Typically we try and make the refund using the the same mechanism that you used to pay us. If for some reason that is not possible then we will write you a Company Cheque.
